Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong ground up commercial or industrial construction experience required.
• Experience with concrete tilt up construction strongly preferred.
• Experience with warehouses, distribution facilities, manufacturing, logistics, or similar large ground up projects is valued.
• Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, site development, underground utilities, MEP, building envelope, and interior construction.
• Experience managing multimillion dollar projects and subcontractor scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, sequencing, quality, and execution.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, commitments, and financial performance.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, contract administration, and change management.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, pay apps, and documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
• Identify long lead materials and procurement risks to protect schedule.
• Review drawings for constructability and potential impacts.
• Drive project meetings and communicate status, risks, and milestones clearly.
