Uprite Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Irvine, CA to lead commercial ground-up projects from award to closeout, with tilt-up experience preferred.

The role requires proactive, organized leadership with strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, plus excellent communication with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam are typical tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial ground up construction projects from award through final closeout
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone and completion dates are achieved
• Prepare, manage, and forecast project budgets, cost reports, and financial performance
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy and completeness
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage Requests for Information, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Identify project risks early and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget
• Partner closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and resolve project challenges
• Maintain strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, company standards, and quality expectations
• Coordinate successful project turnover and closeout documentation
