Job summary

Uprite Construction Corporation seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in Idaho and surrounding markets. The role is based near the Pocatello area, with travel as project needs require.

Ideal candidates bring strong GC experience, proven ability to run projects in the field from sitework through turnover, and a history of coordinating multiple trades while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction projects in the field.
• Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, and building envelope.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and schedules.
• Ability to read plans and project documents.
• Experience with safety and quality control on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial projects.
• Manage ground up construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and other projects.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and field activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term plans.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness for audits and turnover.
• Maintain accurate field reports and project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
