Job summary

Uprite Construction in Boise, ID is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial ground-up and tilt-up projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience with a GC, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial general contracting.
• Experience managing ground-up and tilt-up projects valued from $10M to $100M+.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasting.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery per Uprite standards.
• Support estimating and preconstruction when needed.
