Job summary

Uprite Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in Idaho and beyond. This role is based near Pocatello with travel as needed to meet project demands and owner requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong GC leadership, extensive experience with ground-up and tenant improvements, and the ability to manage schedules, safety, and field coordination across multiple trades from mobilization to turnover.

Qualifications

• Strong field leadership in commercial construction projects.
• Ground up and tenant improvement project experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage schedules.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specs, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day field operations for commercial projects.
• Manage ground up construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and other commercial project types.
• Take ownership from sitework through turnover, coordinating trades and field activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term field planning.
