Uprite Construction in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on ground up and tilt up work. You will own project financials, manage subcontractors, schedules, and client communications to drive successful delivery.

The role requires direct GC background, tilt up experience, and ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience working directly for a commercial general contractor.
• Ground up commercial construction and tilt up experience required.
• Experience managing industrial, warehouse, or similar ground up projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead ground up tilt up and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost reports, and owner billing.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, contracts, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field leadership and identify risks.
