The role requires direct GC background, tilt up experience, and ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience working directly for a commercial general contractor.
• Ground up commercial construction and tilt up experience required.
• Experience managing industrial, warehouse, or similar ground up projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground up tilt up and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost reports, and owner billing.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, contracts, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field leadership and identify risks.
