Air Products in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a driven Sales Representative for Gardner division. You will build profitable customer relationships, manage spare parts sales from order to invoicing, and support sales and customer service initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 3+ years in sales or customer service, and experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft products. You will travel as needed and drive revenue while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel and Microsoft products.
• Independent, fast-paced, sales-driven environment experience.
• Strong curiosity for outside sales and face-to-face development.
• Excellent listening, communication, objection-handling skills.
• Proven success in selling, influencing, and closing deals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the spare parts sales process from order to invoicing.
• Support Sales support and customer service initiatives.
• Be the point of contact for intercompany orders.
• Support product diversification efforts.
• Acquire customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets consistently.
• Initiate customer accounts accurately with required details.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
