The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years in sales or customer service, with experience in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the spare parts sales process from order to final invoicing.
• Support Sales support and customer service initiatives.
• Be the point of contact for intercompany orders.
• Support product diversification efforts.
• Acquire customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets consistently.
• Initiate customer accounts accurately and promptly, ensuring all details are collected.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account setup processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
