Qualifications

• 3+ years sales or customer service experience
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel and Microsoft products
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts sales process from order to invoicing
• Support Sales support and customer service initiatives
• Be the point of contact for intercompany orders
• Support product diversification efforts
• Acquire customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets consistently
• Initiate customer accounts accurately and collect required details
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account setup
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and satisfaction
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward goals
• Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities
