The Field Service Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment such as pumps, motors, HVAC, and conveyors, and communicate with customers to ensure reliable operation.

This full-time role requires the ability to work independently at diverse sites in the Richmond area and to maintain accurate service reports and safety

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment on customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues using diagnostic tools.
• Interact with customers to explain issues and repair plans.
• Complete service reports and track inventory and parts.
