Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Field Service Technician in Charlotte, NC, to support industrial machinery through troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. The role includes on-site installations, start-ups, inspections, upgrades, and operator training, with both field and phone support.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of technical or service experience, with mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience with industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant technical, maintenance, or service experience.
• Experience maintaining and/or troubleshooting industrial machinery or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform on-site equipment installations, start-ups, inspections, upgrades, and operator training
• Provide field and telephone technical support for equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair issues
• Coordinate field service activities from initial work request through completion
• Travel approximately 1 - 2 times per month for customer installations and service visits
