Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Inspect machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
• Discuss machine operation with customers to diagnose problems.
• Dismantle machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.
• Install and repair parts; clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, belts and other components.
• Realign and adjust components such as spindles and clutches.
• Install and repair electronic components of machinery or equipment.
• Start machines and equipment to test proper operation after repair.
• Coordinate with dispatcher to schedule repairs and PMs.
• Complete work orders, submit parts orders and paperwork via tech portal/ERP.
