Job summary

The Field Service Technician at IES is based in Milwaukee, WI, and performs on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for a range of industrial equipment including pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and conveyors. You will diagnose issues, perform PMs, and install upgrades to keep equipment running reliably.

You'll work with customers to explain repairs, provide training, document service activities, and uphold safety standards.

• On-Site Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Provide hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC systems, conveyors, and other machinery; perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime; diagnose issues and perform repairs or installations.
