Job summary

Briggs Industrial Solutions is seeking a Technician to diagnose, service, and repair material handling equipment both at customer sites and in our shop. You will work on engines, electric motors, hydraulics, and related systems with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You should have 3+ years of forklift repair or related industry experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to travel. The role includes on-site duties and potential on-call scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift repair experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Customer service mindset and the ability to document repairs clearly.
• Travel to customer sites and shop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild material handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per manufacturer specs.
• Document repairs, manage parts and supplies, keep vehicle clean and organized.
• Adhere to Safety First procedures and regulatory requirements.
