Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics and precision repairs of rotating equipment.
• Perform laser alignments and set critical gaps and seals to OEM specs.
• Overhauls of mechanical components including bearings and gearboxes.
• Use portable diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and work independently or in teams to meet project goals.
