Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to join our team. You will lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment, traveling to customer sites to deliver unmatched service and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of mechanical experience with motors, gearboxes, and bearings, strong measurement skills, and a safety-first mindset. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with rotating industrial equipment (motors, gearboxes, pumps).
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Perform precise assembly/alignment, bearing/service work, and testing to OEM specs.
• Maintain safety compliance and collaborate with team on projects.
