Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Field Service Technician specializing in rotating equipment and precision millwrighting. The role focuses on on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment to restore performance and reliability.

The successful candidate will lead mechanical craft activities, perform laser alignments, inspect tolerances, and execute safety-conscious maintenance while supporting customers with an unmatched service experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose mechanical failures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment.
• Perform precision assembly and alignment of motors and coupled equipment; set tolerances to OEM specs.
• Conduct condition and safety inspections using precision tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Utilize specialized tooling for overhauls, replacements of bearings, gearboxes and critical components.
• Perform diagnostic tests with portable electronic equipment to ensure reliability.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate with teammates to meet project goals.
