Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. You will install, align, inspect, and test equipment, and travel to client sites as required to deliver unmatched customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands‑on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating equipment.
• Ability to read precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication.

Responsabilités

• Precision Assembly & Alignment: Lead installation/removal of motors and coupled equipment; perform laser alignments and set gaps to OEM specs.
• Detailed Mechanical Inspections: Use micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to diagnose wear and verify tolerances.
• Advanced Overhauls: Replace bearings, gearboxes, and critical components with specialized tooling.
• Technical Testing: Perform diagnostics with portable equipment (Megger, PdMA MCE, Multimeter) to ensure reliability.
• Specialized Maintenance: Clean and prep electro‑mechanical equipment to a professional finish.
• Safety & Collaboration: Follow safety standards and work with the team to meet project goals.
