Job summary

IES Infrastructure is seeking a Field Service Technician to support industrial equipment on customer sites in the Phoenix area. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and install new equipment per client specifications, ensuring minimal downtime.

The role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently in diverse environments, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial equipment and systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on-site.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• On-site maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, HVAC, conveyors, and related machinery.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and perform repairs or replacements.
• Act as primary client contact during service visits and document interactions.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and propose system upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and wear PPE as required.
• Complete service reports, track parts, and manage billing data.
• Maintain service vehicles with tools, parts, and inventory.
