Job summary

Markem-Imaje seeks a self-motivated Field Service Representative to install, repair, maintain, and test marking and coding systems for consumer goods. The role requires travel within the NAM region, weekend coverage as needed, and collaboration with sales for demos and training.

Ideal candidates have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background and 3–5 years of field service experience, with strong customer-relations skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in field service and customer-facing roles desired.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic/hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service repair and maintenance on Markem-Imaje equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the field.
• Install new equipment and provide customer training.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, installations, and inquiries.
• Travel within NAM region; support weekends as needed.
