Qualifications

• BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years mission-critical field service experience a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform field service repair and maintenance to support customers and machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues; install new equipment and perform training.
• Collaborate with sales for demos, training, and follow-up activities.
• Travel within NAM regional areas; participate in weekend rotation as needed.
