Responsibilities

• Perform general field service repair and maintenance to support Markem-Imaje customers.
• Resolve operational issues in the field and perform troubleshooting.
• Determine customer needs and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain technical competency on Markem-Imaje products through training and hands-on use.
