Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to understand industrial equipment and engage with engineers.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort selling at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and grow new accounts and relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets by retaining existing customers and developing new business.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their operations and profit drivers.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and negotiate terms for transactions.
• Collaborate with technical staff to clarify customer requirements and specifications.
