Jobot is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow a field-based portfolio in the industrial equipment sector. You will manage an existing customer base while pursuing new accounts, meeting clients on jobsites, and coordinating with engineering and operations for solutions.

The role offers a base salary with an uncapped commission structure and a ramp commission. Expect strong growth, an established local market, and solid earning potential in a supportive team.

Competenze

• 3+ years of outside, field or territory-based sales experience.
• Experience selling into equipment rental, industrial or municipal markets.
• Face-to-face meetings and jobsite visits to build relationships.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision and strong closing skills.
• Experience using CRM for pipeline and activity management.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business.
• Build relationships with industrial, construction, commercial and municipal customers.
• Spend majority of week in the field meeting customers and visiting jobsites.
• Develop new accounts while expanding relationships and revenue.
• Understand customer needs and recommend rental equipment and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams on availability and delivery.
• Prepare pricing, quotes and rental proposals; close deals.
