KLINGSPOR Abrasives, Inc. seeks a results-driven Factory Sales Representative to aggressively connect with end users in the industrial market and grow the territory.

This entry-level role offers a path to advancement, a base salary plus commissions, a company car, cell phone and tablet, a monthly performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive and winning attitude.
• Self-starter capable of driving income growth.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication.
• Ability to manage prospecting through closing sales.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn products used in body shops.
• Experience in the industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by generating new accounts and developing existing customers.
• Conduct sales visits maximizing daily activity to close deals.
• Present KLINGSPOR products and incentives to customers.
• Coordinate with support to fulfill orders and service.
• Support the sales process from prospecting to close.
