KLINGSPOR Abrasives, Inc. is seeking a motivated Factory Sales Representative to aggressively connect with new and existing end users in the industrial sales market and nurture growth in a defined territory.

From this entry level position, there is strong advancement potential and an attractive income through a base salary plus commissions, monthly bonuses, and performance awards, along with a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive and winning attitude.
• Self-starter.
• Basic computer skills.
• Communications skills to develop prospective customers and maintain current customers.
• Ability to work entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn about products used in body shops.
• Experience in the industry a plus, however, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Capture new accounts and grow the protected territory.
• Present KLINGSPOR products and solutions to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and commissions.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
