Job summary

Productivity, Inc., Littleton, CO, seeks an Industrial Supply Outside Sales Rep to build strong customer relationships and expand our market presence as a trusted advisor on Industrial Supply solutions.

You’ll travel on-site 1–2 overnights monthly, manage your schedule independently, and drive territory growth. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with uncapped commissions and excellent benefits. Join a high-growth team delivering value to manufacturing and maintenance clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with managers and supervisors at various levels.
• Familiarity with Industrial Supply products (abrasives, PPE, adhesives, filters, other MRO).
• Self-motivated and able to manage your schedule independently.
• Willingness to travel; 1–2 overnights monthly; valid driver’s license.
