Pioneer Industrial Corporation seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in key markets. You will leverage deep knowledge of pumps, valves, actuators, and seals to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth across the Midwest region.

You will develop strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver precise proposals and responses, demanding excellent communication and technical acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in industrial sales.
• Strong technical acumen with familiarity in industrial processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage with potential clients within designated markets.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise responses to client inquiries.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote Pioneer Industrial's products.
