Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in key markets across the Midwest. You will build lasting client relationships, drive revenue growth, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored industrial solutions.

Ideal candidates have a proven industrial sales track record, strong technical acumen in pumps and mechanical seals, and excellent communication skills to engage with key decision-makers and manage complex proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in industrial sales.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industrial processes.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage potential clients within designated markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives; use CRM to track opportunities.
