Job summary

Wolter is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales in the Southeast territory by promoting equipment and services, developing new business, and maintaining existing accounts. You will analyze customer needs, demonstrate products, and collaborate with inside staff and field techs to ensure coverage and satisfaction.

The role requires a four-year track record in industrial field sales, strong relationships, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience (4+ years).
• 4+ years field sales in an industrial environment.
• Fluency in material handling terminology.
• Ability to build solid relationships and sell profitably.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Call/visit businesses in assigned territory regularly; develop relationships with customers.
• Promote products and initiate proposals; close business with inside support.
• Arrange equipment demonstrations; accompany customer arrivals.
• Maintain current customer info in company database; record calls/mileage.
• Stay informed on products; attend trainings/schools when available.
• Submit monthly forecasts and lost order reports to Sales Manager.
