Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports and progress.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to management.
• Prepare and review Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Document progress with photos and labeling.
• Support Monthly Progress Reports and ensure up-to-date drawings are used.
• Assist with contract extras and progress payments.
• Communicate project issues clearly with management and clients.
