Ryan Companies US, Inc. is hiring an Estimator II for our National Industrial team.

This role focuses on creating and analyzing detailed cost information during preconstruction for manufacturing and biotech facilities. Responsibilities include collaboration with preconstruction managers and estimators, subcontractor price requests, and maintaining data integrity through archival of estimates and cost history.

Qualifikationen

• 4 year engineering, architectural or management degree required, or experience in relevant field.
• 6+ years commercial construction experience.
• Able to read and understand project plans.
• Proficient with CSI and Uniformat II work breakdown structures.
• Must be able to perform thoughtful quantity take-offs and summarize data clearly.
• Working knowledge of Excel; OST, Bluebeam, VICO, Navisworks, and Revit a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop accurate conceptual and detailed estimates with preconstruction managers and project teams.
• Perform quantity take-offs of construction systems.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for budgeting and bidding events.
• Recommend subcontractors based on value and project requirements.
• Create and monitor updates as project scope evolves.
