Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Estimator II for the National Industrial team in Phoenix. You will develop conceptual and detailed estimates, perform quantity take-offs, solicit subcontractor pricing, and support preconstruction with cost validation and value design.

The role requires 6+ years of commercial construction experience and a 4-year engineering/architecture/management degree, with proficiency in CSI/Uniformat II and Excel. On-site work with the project teams.

• Requires ability to read and understand project plans.
• Proficiency with CSI and Uniformat II work breakdown structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate conceptual and detailed estimates with preconstruction teams.
• Perform quantity take-offs of construction systems.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for budgeting and bidding events.
• Scope, select and recommend subcontractors based on best value.
• Create and monitor project estimate updates with scope evolution.
