Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with CSI and Uniformat II work breakdown structures.
• Excellent listening and prioritizing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates with project managers.
• Perform quantity take-offs of construction systems.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for budgeting.

Skills

Commercial construction experience
