Job summary

Randstad USA in Silicon Valley seeks an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and keep production running in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will work hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, motors, bearings, gears, and other production equipment while performing preventive and emergency maintenance.

Salary ranges from $66,500 to $81,000 per year, with first shift 8 AM to 4 PM and high school education accepted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.

Responsibilities

• This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, respond to maintenance requests, and read technical diagrams.
• Read diagrams, schematics and manuals, maintain CMMS work orders, and ensure safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout.
