Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in high-volume, automated production environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose PLC logic.
• Experience with CMMS and TPM practices.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Diagnostics: root-cause troubleshooting and rapid repairs on mechanical drives, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic components.
• Controls & Electrical Repair: isolate electrical issues, trace schematics, and analyze PLC logic to keep lines running.
• Preventative Maintenance: execute structured predictive and preventative maintenance routines via CMMS to reduce downtime.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with process engineers to remove bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Parts & Safety Control: manage spare parts inventory and enforce LOTO and safety practices across the shift.
