Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for process improvement across the value chain.

You will partner with Production, Supply Chain, IT, SGS, and Engineering to drive multi-year projects, implement the Generac Fulfillment System, and ensure operations meet safety, quality, and cost objectives. Excellent leadership and technical skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• 2 years of engineering experience in an operational environment.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop staff to achieve SMART goals.
• Coordinate multi-year, cross-discipline process improvement projects.
• Lead the launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Ensure adherence to policies and process documentation and Continuous Improvement.
