Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive Engineering management experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives facility operations priorities to meet/exceed customer expectations and aims for KPI targets.
• Implements policies, procedures and process documentation to ensure process improvement.
• Deploys demand-driven strategies that support operational excellence and long-range plans.
• Manages resource planning within budget and staffing parameters.
• Acts as SAP Super User within the assigned functional area.
