Responsibilities

• Coordinate successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer and maintenance of mixed model lines.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and document processes using enterprise standards.
• Promote demand-driven principles to support operational excellence and long-range plans.
• Ensure product, material, and information streams are synchronized for maximum efficiency and lowest cost.
