Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across the value chain.
• Coordinate successful launches of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Drive facility transformation, technology transfer and maintenance of mixed model lines.
• Develop and deploy policies, procedures and process documentation for continuous improvement.
• Optimize product, material and information flows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize standard Generac tools and methodologies to achieve customer satisfaction.
