Generac Power Systems Inc. in Whitewater, Wisconsin seeks a Supervisor Technical Engineering to lead engineering activities, including new product introductions, cost reduction, technology development and lifecycle support.

Strong people leadership and experience with quality systems and project planning are essential. You will oversee development schedules, collaborate with service, operations and finance teams, and drive innovative solutions while managing expenses and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• AAS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
• 10 years of Engineering experience.
• 3 years of leading a technical team (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with test instrumentation, data acquisition, and electro-mechanical test (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and scheduling software (preferred).
• 5 years of experience with equipment maintenance and calibration (preferred).
