Electrical Automation Services is seeking a skilled technician to install, configure and troubleshoot industrial controls. You will work with photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, PLC I/O modules and associated wiring across 480V 3-phase systems.

Responsibilities include programming and troubleshooting PLC and HMI interfaces, ladder logic modifications, and diagnostics of Profibus, serial, and Industrial Ethernet networks.

Formación

• Requires demonstrated experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and servo systems.
• Experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and safety procedures (lockout/tagout, etc.) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure and troubleshoot sensors, switches, PLC I/O modules and control wiring.
• Troubleshoot analog and digital controls with 480V 3-phase power, motors, VFDs, servo drives, and soft starts.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI interfaces; modify ladder logic.
• Diagnose communication protocols including Profibus, Ethernet, and serial connections.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Laser Guided Vehicles, conveyors, and production equipment.
