Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installation scopes of work; foreman or general foreman experience is encouraged.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity; passion for safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations ensuring compliance with contract specs and electrical code requirements.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to ensure timely completion and support the project schedule.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Ensure project rules and safety programs are followed as per company policies.
