Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial electrical installations, including duct banks, conduit, cable trays, terminations, and equipment installation. You will spend significant time in the field ensuring safety, quality and productivity under your responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in industrial electrical installations or related fields.
• Candidates may come from foreman or general foreman backgrounds seeking advancement.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise craft performance and enforce safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers focusing on safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations meeting contract specs and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Develop schedules based on provided man hours to meet project deadlines.
• Resolve conflicts and communicate with management as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to safety, attendance, and nondiscrimination policies.
