Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical installations on major power projects. You will oversee field crews, manage safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure compliance with contract specs and electrical codes.

This role requires 5+ years in industrial electrical work, willingness to relocate, and strong planning, scheduling, and team coordination skills. Travel and on-site leadership are essential to keeping projects on track and safe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Candidates without prior superintendent experience are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise craft performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers, ensuring safety, quality, and production.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of field operations per contract specs and codes.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to meet the overall project timeline.
• Resolve employee conflicts and inform management as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to safety, attendance and nondiscrimination policies.
