Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of field operations ensuring code compliance and quality.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to support the overall project schedule.
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, keeping management informed.
• Enforce company safety, attendance and workplace behavior policies.
