InCharge Energy seeks an Electrical Sales Representative to grow our commercial and industrial electrical solutions business across Richmond, VA and the East Coast. You will develop opportunities, manage relationships, and drive revenue through electrical infrastructure, power and energy solutions.

The role requires consultative selling, strong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in electrical products or related technical industries.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities, present solutions, and close deals.
• Experience collaborating with estimators, engineers and operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Identify customer needs and present electrical infrastructure, power and energy solutions.
• Prepare proposals with cross-functional teams and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities, forecasts and communications.
• Travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
