Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and power distribution
• Ability to develop preventive maintenance strategies
• Proficient with electrical tools and testing equipment
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities
• Able to travel up to 100%
• NFPA 70E/70B knowledge preferred
• OSHA/NFPA safety compliance
• Ability to read construction documents
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B, OEM specs, and NETA standards
• Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults
• Inspect components, wiring, and connections for wear or damage
• Clean, lubricate and service electrical equipment for reliability
• Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions
• Support EHS initiatives and safe work practices
