Job summary

Amteck seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain and service electrical systems in industrial environments. You will perform preventive maintenance, fault finding, and testing on power distribution equipment, motors, and controls in manufacturing settings.

The role requires knowledge of NFPA 70B, NEC, and NETA standards, plus hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, infrared thermography, and safety procedures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B, OEM specs, and NETA standards.
• Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults and heat signatures.
• Inspect wiring, components, and connections for wear or damage.
• Clean, lubricate, and service electrical equipment for reliability.
• Test power distribution systems and motors to verify operation.
• Assess equipment condition and identify maintenance risks.
