Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and power distribution.
• Ability to develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies.
• Proficient with diagnostic instruments and testing equipment.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, and NEC standards.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B and NEC standards.
• Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults and hot spots.
• Visually inspect components for wear, contamination, or damage.
• Service power distribution, motors, and controls to maintain uptime.
• Document inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
• Communicate findings with customers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and site safety requirements.
